American House Dearborn Heights has 61 studio one-bedroom ground-floor apartments in the main building. Included in the rent are three full meals a day, daily and weekly housekeeping, laundry, and all utilities (except phone and cable). Behind the main building are 51 independent ranch-style villas that have private entrances, one- and two-bedrooms, washer/dryer, and optional meals and a-la-carte services.
